Weekend Receptionist (Medispa & Aesthetics Clinic)

This role will allow you the unique opportunity to work across both our Medispa, within The Hogarth Health Club, and The Door W4 (on the same site, but within it's own beautiful setting). The Hogarth Health Club is a long-established family-owned Club, set in two acres of beautiful, secluded grounds right in the heart of Chiswick, is at the centre of a thriving community, where every team member feels they are an essential part of our story. About the Role You will provide exceptional front-of-house support, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all clients to the Medispa and The Door W4. Duties will include greeting clients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting the smooth daily operations of both reception areas. This is a weekend role, working every Saturday 9am - 5pm plus approximately 2-3 Sundays per month, also 9am - 5pm. To succeed in this role you will have: Excellent communication and customer service skills; A friendly, professional and well-presented manner; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure; Previous reception or hospitality experience is a distinct advantage.
