We are looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Support Analyst, to join our Managed Service Support team in a client facing role. You will be joining our talented support team and working on exciting projects across our broad client base. As an Oracle Cloud ERP Support Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the support of our clients Oracle Cloud ERP systems. You will work closely with the ERP support team to troubleshoot issues and provide user assistance. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to grow within the realm of Oracle Cloud ERP support.

The Role

You will: • Assist in triaging , diagnosing and resolving issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP functionality • Collaborate with the senior support analysts to investigate and troubleshoot user-reported problems • Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the creation and updating of user guides and training materials • Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality • Contribute to regular maintenance tasks such as quarterly system updates and related system testing • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of support efforts

Location & Commitments

• Permanent contract • Full-time, 37.5 Hours • Location: Either Remote (Home Based) or Hybrid working as agreed in advance, in which case dependent upon where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford, Surrey • Travel will be required to our offices and client sites, UK wide and potentially overseas; if you are successful for this position you will be expected to travel as necessary, which may include overnight stays away from your home location • Standard Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including Disclosure Barring Scotland (DBS) is a minimum requirement for all roles. Skills & Experience (Essential)

• Prior experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite either from a support or implementation capacity OR have at least 1 to 2 years experience in any of the following roles: a) Accounts Payable Clerk/Supervisor b) Accounts Receivables Clerk/Supervisor c) Accountant (management, project or cost accountant) d) Finance analyst e) Finance Business Partner f) Any role equivalent to the above with experience in finance management • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively • Have strong analytical skills in order to gather and assess information, identify relationships in the data and then develop solutions independently

Skills & Experience (Desirable)

• Familiar with ITIL standards and methodology • Relevant certifications in Finance or Accounting • Experience of multiple industry sectors (Local and Central Government is a plus) • Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on premise • Experience of configuration Oracle Cloud Financials • Oracle Cloud certification in Financials (GL, AR, AP)

Remuneration & Benefits

This varies accordingly to role, but generally the package consists of: • Basic salary • Eligibility to enrol into the Company auto-enrolment pension scheme (within 3 months of commencing employment). The Company will contribute 3% (5% from December 2023) based upon gross salary only; your contributions will be based upon UK government legislation • Annual leave entitlement of 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays. Our holiday year runs in line with our accounting period from 1st June to 31st May • Eligibility to participate in the employee utilisation scheme . You could earn up to an additional 10% of your gross basic salary per annum paid over three instalments across the preceding financial year (The Employee Utilisation Scheme is non- contractual and may be subject to change or removal at the sole discretion of the Directors. Further information on how you have opportunity to potentially achieve these earnings will be discussed once you have joined the Company and objectives and targets have been set) • Death in Service Benefit (effective from 2024) • Internal recruitment initiative - £3K reward per experience hire after 6 months’ successful probation period; £1K reward per apprentice/graduate hire after 6 months’ successful probation period • Certified training in both ServiceNow and Oracle Cloud • Paid expenses outside your base location, as per company policy
