Children in Wales is looking for sessional workers to support the Young Wales team during engagement activities such as residentials, festivals and consultation events. This work focuses on active citizenship and hearing the voices of children and young people aged 11-25.

Children in Wales has over 31 years of working collaboratively with organisations and individuals to champion the rights of babies, children and young people through our extensive programme of work as the national umbrella organisations for children. Our commitment to amplifying the voices of children and young people is at the core of our work and can be evidenced through our Young Wales programme.
About the job
We are looking for those with a good knowledge of Safeguarding, Children’s Rights and approaches to facilitate children and young people’s participation. If you are able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, together with an understanding and awareness of the importance of participation then we would like to hear from you.
