We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced professional to lead on this project with the support and oversight of Children in Wales Children in Wales | Putting children at the heart of our work and Parents Connect Wales. Parents Connect Wales Hub
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding and awareness of the importance of involving parents; have appropriate experience of working with and engaging parents from a range of backgrounds and be able to lead and complete this project within the specified timeframe
A clear workplan has been established to guide the project and regular meetings will allow collaboration and development.

About the job
Key tasks will include
Plan, prepare and deliver a suitable training programme for parent volunteers
Plan, prepare and deliver regional and community events with parent volunteers and local stakeholders to promote the work undertaken
Complete an evaluation report, engaging with parents and stakeholders to inform the process
Contribute to regular meetings with local authority lead officers
