Modern Slavery Case Worker (Moving on Project) - Manchester/Liverpool

Due to organisational growth, we are currently recruiting Modern Slavery Case Worker’s for our Moving on Project based in the Manchester and Liverpool areas. In the role you will: • Deliver comprehensive, trauma informed casework support to victims of modern slavery, including emotional and practical assistance, assessments, personalised support plans, risk management, and managing a defined caseload. • Facilitate access to services and community integration, supporting clients with appointments, advocating with external agencies, organising group sessions, drop ins, and wellbeing or social activities. • Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards. What we are looking for: • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks. • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills. • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, the ability to work within a residential or community setting with non-UK residents The role includes regular travel across the Northern area for service user case work. This role is mainly Monday to Friday, 9 – 5 pm with occasional weekends. Interested?
