About the job (Project focused)
• To prepare and send weekly team newsletters
• To support the Head of Culture and Vision with events delivery and prep
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, presentations and other correspondence
• To support the Team Development Days (One per month)
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
To support new team in regards to setting them up on the internal systems.
• Undertake any other tasks that you are reasonable
Person Specification
• Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment
• Well-developed organisational and administrative skills with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload and to cope with interruptions and changes
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, meet set deadlines and pay meticulous attention to detail completing tasks fully, accurately and on time, prioritising where appropriate
• Ability to deal with confidential information or situations in an appropriate and sensitive manner
• Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats, including telephone, email and in person with a wide range of people
• Confident IT skills including: Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Email and Web
• Willingness to help and support colleagues, thinking beyond the task being given
Notes
All Staff are required to:
• Familiarise themselves with the Company Policies and Procedures, held on the citrusHR system, accessible by all staff at anytime from the website.
• Act at all times within the Company Rules, Policies, Procedures, and any other statutory requirements.
• Undertake training as required.
• Attend staff and team meetings as required.
• Observe health and safety procedures in the workplace to ensure personal safety and to safeguard the interests and safety of colleagues, customers and visitors.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as appropriate since all staff are expected to work flexibly within their skill level to respond to changing priorities and make sure that customer needs and business objectives are met.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
